You have the property to build your new home. What’s the next step?

1. Visit our website, give us a call or make an appointment to tour our design center and meet with a sales representative.
2. Have you purchased floorplans? Bring them with you! If you have bought your plans from an architect or design firm, you likely have all the necessary pieces we need to accurately estimate your new home: flatwork, floor, elevation, electrical, plumbing, foundation and roof plans.
3. Whether you have found a plan online, sketched your ideas on a napkin, or just have a dream in your mind, we can help! We have the in-house expertise to conceptualize and design plans for your new home at no additional cost.
4. Your plans are complete, and it’s time to estimate. We will “walk” you through your new home and discuss the features that you would like to include in each room: nooks in the kids’ rooms, a dog washing station in the utility, stadium seating in your media room? We want to estimate all the features your dream entails, so there are no major cost surprises during construction.
5. You’ve approved your estimate; it’s time for financing. You may have financing already lined up or you may need assistance. Our preferred lenders can assist you with you construction financing and the transition to a traditional mortgage when your home is complete.
