While this process is exhilarating, there are a few basic principals to keep in mind during your visit:

• Standard Features Series – When you contracted your home, did you choose Royal, Executive or Classic Series? We have hundreds of options for each series, but it’s important to understand the base price of your home and what constitutes an upgrade. This will help you make decisions about which features really matter and if they warrant additional expenditure.
• Know your Budget – You’re building the home of your dreams, but it also has to fit within your budget. It’s likely that some of the items on your wish list will not make the final cut. Know what’s most important, so you can prioritize accordingly.
• Realistic Expectations – You’re building a home for your family, and you want it to meet your needs. If the design details do not match you’re family’s lifestyle, they might not be want you want in the long haul. Wood floors, for example, are beautiful, but if you have kids and pets, they might not be the right choice for you.
